Clothing Center at Minnie’s Maison

Operated by women from the parish, the Clothing Center has continuously served the community, evolving into the longest-serving free clothing center in the Quad Cities. Over time, it has played a crucial role in providing essential clothing assistance to those in need.

Dress for Success Quad Cities

The programming of this organization adopts a proactive career services model, emphasizing a continuous and lifelong approach to professional development for women. The focus is on encouraging women to invest in their careers consistently, not just when they are actively job-seeking or facing crises. The organization recognizes that a significant portion of our lives is spent in the workplace, approximately one-third, and aims to support women throughout their entire career journey.

Family Museum

The Family Museum, situated in Bettendorf, Iowa, operates as a department of the City of Bettendorf. Established in 1997, the museum is located on Bettendorf’s Learning Campus, adjacent to Faye’s Field and the Bettendorf Public Library & Information Center. The Family Museum is dedicated to providing distinctive and educational experiences tailored for children and families.

The Playhouse originated from a dedicated and active community group, the Up Side of Down Syndrome Family Group. The collaborative efforts of this group led to the establishment of GiGi’s Playhouse-Quad Cities. The formation of GiGi’s Playhouse-Quad Cities was initiated after recognizing the potential impact of GiGi’s Playhouse programs. The local team engaged with families to assess the need for such a facility, indicating a responsive and community-oriented approach.

Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois

The primary goal of the program is to nurture kind, confident, and competent leaders. The program centers around four main components – outdoors, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), life skills, and entrepreneurship.
