Experience the enchantment of Iowa’s most youthful magician! Catch Kayleigh Rodgers, a 13-year-old illusionist, as she captivates crowds with her astounding feats at noon. And don’t forget to indulge in face painting and balloon twisting courtesy of QC Clown Around.

Davenport Public Library: Bubblepalooza
