(Quad Cities): The Quad Cities Balloon Festival is coming up on August 11 – 12, 2023. This is a fun, family-friendly event in our community.
Admission is FREE – in lieu of admission, they ask that you donate to Shriners Hospitals for Children. The Shriners will be onsite to accept donations.
