The midwest is full of indoor waterparks — amazing indoor waterparks! And once cabin fever starts to settle in, waterparks are a great option to have some fun and to burn that energy. You’re missing one! Timber Ridge in Lake Geneva is our go to… not quite as far as the dells and more secluded then having to go to Gurnee, they’re a great option for us because my daughter loves the Rockford Discovery center museum and wooden wonderland park in Dixon that we usually stop at for a leg stretch along the way.
