(Rock Island, IL): Located along the Mississippi River in the downtown Rock Island Arts & Entertainment District, Schweibert Riverfront Park has so much to offer QCA families! With spectacular views of the Mississippi River, an open-air stage, playground areas, an interactive fountain/splash pad area, an observation shelter, art sculptures, biking/hiking trails and a waterfront promenade — this park is a must-visit on our summer to-do list!
Digital Playgrounds
The digital playgrounds are the first installation of it’s kind in the midwest. Digital playgrounds use technology to combine the excitement of digital gaming and the outdoor playground to get kids back outside and playing. The playgrounds do not come with instructions; and kids are encouraged to explore and discover all of its innovative features on their own or with their friends!

This park also offers up close views of the Mississippi River and some of the best views of the bridges, Arsenal Island, and the QCA.
