Following the all-ages program, Nahant presents: Turtles, the library invites teens (ages 11-19) to a bonus presentation on these curious creatures from the Nahant Marsh Education Center staff and will be given time to create an original art piece inspired by live turtles. Land and aquatic turtles have adaptations that allow them to survive in their respective habitats. Join us as the Nahant Marsh Education Center staff shares live aquatic and land species and teaches about their different adaptations, diets, and habitats.
