Looking for a weekend the whole family will love? The Quad Cities Balloon Festival is back August 8–9, 2025, bringing bright, colorful balloons, live music, tasty food, and plenty of kid-friendly fun to Rhythm City Casino Resort in Davenport. This free community event is a local favorite and the perfect way to soak up summer nights, make memories, and watch the sky light up with a breathtaking balloon glow. Don’t forget to bring a donation to support QC Veterans Outreach Center and Kings Harvest Animal Shelter.

The Quad Cities Balloon Festival is a cherished annual tradition that lights up the skies and hearts of the Quad Cities region. Held every summer at Rhythm City Casino Resort, this family-friendly event has grown from a modest gathering into one of the most anticipated celebrations in Southeastern Iowa and Northwestern Illinois.
What to Expect

Balloon Rides: Experience a tethered balloon ride and take in the views from above (weather permitting).

Night Glow: Watch the balloons illuminate the night sky in a breathtaking display of color.
