If you were sitting at a local coffee shop with Krista, she would be drinking chai tea and talking your ear off about how she loves Jesus, loves her family, and loves her Nebraska Cornhuskers! Krista was born and raised in Western Nebraska, just thirty minutes from the Wyoming border, and far from any humidity! She has her Master’s degree in Secondary Education and taught in the Omaha metro for a full decade before meeting her handsome husband, Andy, on EHarmony, getting married, and moving to the Quad Cities. Online dating may not be recommended for everyone, but after only one dating debacle with some other dude, Krista has enjoyed wedded bliss for eleven years. She is mom to Annalynn, 9, and dog mom to goldendoodle Elsa, 5. In addition to full-time wife and mom, she is also a full-time executive pastor overseeing the staff and daily operations of three church campuses. However, she is just like anyone else who gets excited about vacations, traveling to new places whether near or far, hiking, and exploring nature. When at home, she enjoys decorating, learning how to be crafty, and binge watching shows with her husband after Annalynn’s bedtime.
